What is the cost of shipping?

The cost of shipping can be calculated during checkout and is based on the weight of your order. (ps. we pay exactly what you pay and never upcharge on shipping)

What happens if my item is damaged?

I am so sorry if this happens! All orders are printed and packaged with love. If there is an issue with your items please reach out to me directly at whitney@whitneybaldwin.com.

How long will shipping take?

• All items are made to order with processing times between 1-3 days or purchase, please allow an extra 1-2 days during holidays. U.S. orders generally arrive within 2-5 business days where international orders can take up to 14 days to arrive.

• A tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipment which can provide further clarification

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, as of right now we ship to the US and Canada. Shipping rates are calculated during the checkout process. Worldwide shipping options coming soon.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once the order has been shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number which can be used to track your order

How to return and order?

 • Customer is liable for all shipping charges in the event of a returned order. Whitney Baldwin Home does cover return shipping charges for items that were sent incorrectly or damaged in transit.
